In her previous role at ManTech International, she led HR for the federal civilian sector and later for the 5,500-employee $1.5 billion defense sector. She also previously served as a the top HR executive for government contracting firms supporting federal civilian, defense, and intelligence agencies. Kristin's earlier experience includes managing HR teams supporting CONUS and OCONUS operations at Mission Essential.
Kristin earned her master's degree in human resources and employment relations from The Pennsylvania State University and her bachelor's degree in business management with a minor in English from Radford University. Kristin also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. She is a highly sought-after mentor, providing leadership coaching and development to others in the government-contracting industry.
