Specifically, this transaction adds complex medical implants to our portfolio of products, and provides access to several Top 10 global medical OEM’s. “We are pleased to announce the sale of Bob, Inc. to ARCH Global Precision.” commented Bob, Inc.’s former owners, Tom and Bob Gearou. “In choosing an acquirer to sell the Company to, it was important for us to find a group that had good cultural alignment and was committed to supporting the future growth of Bob, Inc. Based on the positive interactions that we experienced throughout the sale process, we found ARCH Global Precision to be the ideal buyer.”

Advanced Precision’s former owner, Vincent Fay, commented, “we are pleased to announce the sale of Advanced Precision to ARCH Global Precision. In choosing an acquirer to sell the company to, it was important for me to identify a buyer that was committed to the continued growth of the company, while at the same time also committed to maintaining the culture, facility and welfare of the Advanced Precision employee base. After meeting with several potential buyers, it quickly became evident that ARCH Global Precision was the ideal partner to take Advanced Precision to the next level, while maintaining those things that have traditionally driven the success of the business.”

“We are excited to announce the acquisition of Rid-Lom, as this acquisition provides additional machining capabilities in the Northeast and access to new key customers” commented Scott Morling, ARCH Global Precision Divisional President of Precision Machined Components. “Over the coming months, all of the equipment and employees of Rid-Lom will be relocated to our JASCO facility, located 8 miles from the Rid-Lom facility. In addition to maintaining the strong relationships Rid-Lom has developed with its customer base, the new added machining capabilities and incremental capacity will enhance the JASCO operations and significantly contribute to our continued growth”, concluded Mr. Morling.

John Rider, the former owner and President of Rid-Lom, commented, “I am pleased to announce that Rid-Lom is joining the ARCH family of companies. Early on in the process it was apparent there was a strong cultural alignment with ARCH, and they shared similar core values as Rid-Lom. Given the track record and reputation of ARCH, I am confident that ARCH is the right steward of the business going forward.” Mr. Rider will stay on for a transitional period to ensure the successful integration of the business.
